Pu’ Er is the home of tea. It is here, in Yunnan Province, China, that tea was invented.

To make Pu’ Er the leaves are encouraged to ferment underground, or in a cave. This process helps develop the distinctive flavour and aroma. It is also why, like fine wine, Pu’ Er improves with age.

Widely used to manage weight and cholesterol, the benefit as a digestive aid means Pu’ Er is especially satisfying when drunk with a meal.

Pu’ Er is best enjoyed Gong-fu style.
