Christmas Tea

We like to set ourselves a challenge. The plan for Christmas Tea was to create something that smells like Christmas and tastes like Christmas!

Here in London we sat down and started with our rich breakfast tea. Next we added the warm Chai spices of Ginger, Cardamom, Clove and Cinnamon. The next addition was dried Orange Peel and Rosehip. To sweeten things, we then add Fennel and Liquorice root. And to sweeten things further (come on, it is Christmas!) we add some chocolate drops

A dark, indulgent cup of spices, fruit and chocolate. Comforting and delicious with warm milk.
