ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are packed and shipped between Monday and Friday.
We aim to despatch your order the following day.

Standard: 2-3 working days – £4.95
Next Day: £8


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked for parcels up to 2kg. Delivery timescales vary greatly and cannot be guaranteed. Prices vary across
different regions and will be calculated at checkout.
Should you wish to place an order which exceeds 2kg, please get in touch with us at
[email protected] and we will provide a bespoke shipping quote.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Tea 112 Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Tea 112 Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns:

We buy our tea frequently to ensure that it’s fresh when it gets to you.
Due to its perishable nature we cannot accept returned goods.

If you are dissatisfied or if there is a problem with your tea, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then investigate the issue and if necessary remedy the situation either through the delivery of a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

If you have purchased teaware (cups, teapots etc) and you are not satisfied with the items purchased or if an item has arrived damaged, you have 28 days to contact us. We will investigate the issue and will contact you to remedy the situation either through the delivery of a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and collection of goods received. 

 

Items that are returned to us without an issue to the condition or functionality on delivery, must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all parts and documentation included, in full sellable condition.
